E-mail Communication Issues
The OCS conference software being used by the MFA automatically sends confirmations, acceptances, rejections, etc. to the e-mail address provided by the author in the submission process. If you fail to receive any communication, check your spam folder or file and, if need be, list the program chair, Laurence Booth, as a safe contact.
Log-in, Forgotten Usernames/Passwords, etc.
Authors can access their submission information by going to the conference website and selecting from the list in the "Authors" area to log in. Forgotten passwords or usernames can be addressed by initiating a log-in and following the indicated process for username/password retrieval. The username/password retrieval message will be sent only to the email account provided during the submission process.
